Recently upgraded from full fibre 500 to full fibre 900 and the WiFi has deteriorated considerably. The only additional equipment installed as part of the change in plan has been a new EE set top box. The router is the same one we had with lesser speeds so don't understand and cant work out why the WiFi coverage has degraded. This happens on both our mobile devices even in the same room as the router and approximately 2 metres away so surely cant be distance from device to router? Any help would be appreciated.

@MRPCL02 If your EE App is working then do the speed test on it, you will get TWO values shown to you, the speed to the EE Hub, and then the speed to the device you are testing with. That's you starting point! Switch your EE TV box off when you do the test for the second time to see if you get a better higher result? Link below is to someone's old speed test so you see the idea.
