My current contract for broadband and sim ends on 8 April. I have been trying unsuccessfully to contact EE customer service for the past few days to discuss this. I am changing to a new broadband provider and a new sim deal with a separate phone company. As far as I can work out both of these companies will contact EE to inform them I am leaving after I sign up with them.) If this is so the only thing I have to worry about are the add ons EE mentions. They are for Home Phone Adaptor (Single Pack) and Pay Per Call Do you know how I cancel those? Many thanks !

The calling package should terminate with the broadband. You will be asked to return any equipment that belongs to EE which make include the router depending when you got it. You should be notified by EE as to what is to be returned and how . so as it stands you don't need to do anything. it's up to EE.

The calling package if for a mobile should also cease on the changeover to the new provider.

@Ian310897 You may also require to get a pac code if moving mobile and you wish to keep your mobile number, see the help below!
Keep your phone number when you join or leave EE | Profile Help | EE

The SIM contract won't work the same way as for the BB & Home Phone.
As you intend to move to another network, either taking your existing no. with you or not, you need to get your PAC or STAC respectively from EE [text PAC to 65075 (to keep your no.) or STAC to 75075 (to get a new no.)]. It will respond with your PAC/STAC & how much you will have to pay in Early Termination Fees if you are still within your min term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%. Give the PAC/STAC to your new provider. Your EE contract will end when you are live on new network. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay Early Termination Fees for the rest of the term. Best to do this in last few days of your contract term so you have little or no overlap.
