A year of consistent interruptions and service breakdowns with no help from EE.

Utterly useless company, countless hours wasted on the phone and with engineer appointments.

nothing fixed and they keep charging me every month

Reporting to consumer ombudsman for this worthless disgusting rubbish service.

What a waste of peoples life. EE should pay for wasted time.

I appreciate how frustrating it must be if this has been going on for quite a while and you don't feel there's been any improvement. 

What sort of issues have you been noticing here, and how were things left with you when you last spoke with our team?
