Unable to access WiFi enhancer

Hi,

I'm unable to access the WiFi Enhancer feature (either in the app or on the website) even though i have this included in my internet package (1gbps full fibre).

I contacted support within the app in December and they claimed a fix was on the way, which never came. Is there any way to get in touch with the technical team to resolve this?

You can contact them the same way as you did before or by called EE on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hi,

They were unable to help resolve the issue - i noticed a lot of people were being assisted on this forum and actually having their issue resolved. I was hoping the same could be done for my issue.

I’m having the same problem I’ve tried everything restart router reset the app everything only want it to turn game mode on really stressing 

@MrGine97 You do have the busiest home bundle or the active addon for wifi enhancer?

I also have wifi enhancer as an add on to my full fibre all rounder plan but the controls for it are not appearing in the my EE app, again I call customer service and seem to have no idea what is happening, can a EE employee on here please help?

I’ve just used the link you provided it did some tests rebooted my hub then someone rang me, I explained the problem but again the advisor had no idea what I was talking about
