Hi @Bernardo_at_EE,
Are you by chance on an iPhone or Mac? If so, it is most likely because of Apple's Private Relay. See here on how to disable for a particular website.
If not, are you using a VPN? What device are you using?

@Bernardo_at_EE It could be you have picked an I- address that the site thinks is outside the uk. So if none of the above works/apply, type “what’s my ip” in your browser, make a note of the numbers - switch your router off for 15mins, then redo step 1 and see if the ip is different and if it fixes the issue.
