@XRaySpeX Ha very true I suspect! Thankfully I was able to get it done over the phone, using a different number 0800 079 0544 which was answered immediately and they were very helpful

I’ve been queuing over an hour and can’t get though. Quick enough to take my money though! I want to cancel at other providers are half the price now I’m out of contract!

@MRC6 if you are moving to another network using the Openreach network, no need to cancel, your new supplier will do that for you.
Otherwise follow the advice earlier in the thread.

I phoned EE on 0800 079 0544 which was answered immediately and they were able to help without any hard sell. I had to wait on hold for 12minutes after initial chat while the operator filled in forms but then she came back and Broadband cancelled from midnight.
