Switching from vodafone mobile broadband to EE

I currently use the Vodafone mobile broadband with their 5G gigacube and ever since I moved to my new house, the speed has been incredibly slow. Despite me calling them several times, they won't let me leave as my contract is still running.

I can see that EE offers up to £300 credit for switching. Is it covered for the Vodafone mobile broadband as well?

One clarification on the above topic. I want to move from Vodafone's mobile broadband to EE's Full Fibre 900.
