I switched from BT to EE in an EE shop recently and I’m still receiving my usual monthly bill from BT £70 and another from EE.£35.89
I was told I’d still receive a bill for my mob until contract runs out in June ie £15 and I get that. So I’m getting a bill for £13 from EE as well
Also Im still linking into BTinternet on my settings because the EE one says it’s not secure!?!
Can I continue to link to BTinternet if I’m now with EE??
Also now my printer does not link with the new EE Hub fitted by the engineer when I changed over
I wish I hadn’t changed over and would welcome any advice or thoughts.

Hi there @Maeville
Thanks for coming to the community.
When did you transfer your mobile and broadband to EE?
Which settings are you accessing that shows not secure for EE?
Also, which model printer and router do you have?
Speak soon 🙂
Leanne.

@Maeville With regards to your billing, do keep an eye on it, EE should have taken care of the package transfer, but it sometimes does not go smooth, you pay upfront on broadband, and BT should/will refund anything that is due back to you once they work out the final bill, as you say this was all recent, my sky change over was march, final bill may, and i had to chase sky as they were doing a credit for usage on account. HTH with regards to billing....
