Switch Credit to Bank Transfer

Hello there, I just wanted to ask if it was possible to transfer my switch credit to my bank account as I was told this could be done before switching from Vodafone. Thanks.

@Ibrahimsaks  You want a payout before you switch. !   What then stops you from not switching and keeping the payment.     You’ll not get any payments until you provide EE with the last bill from Voda as per the instructions that you should have read. 

( I’m assuming this is for changing over to EE for broadband). 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Ibrahimsaks : You won't see or get the switch credit until after you've actually switched & after your 1st bill to guard against you cancelling your EE BB during the cooling-off period.

@XRaySpeX, thanks for response. I have actually switched from Vodafone, sent my final bill to the switch team and the bill has been approved. I have been told to expect the credit within 28 days, so what I really want to know is, when that credit eventually comes in, will I be able to transfer it to my bank account?

 

Thanks. 

It will not be credited to your EE a/c until your next bill after the 14-day cooling-off period to guard against you cancelling your EE BB during that period. Then you can request it to be transferred to your bank account.
