Hi i got new fibre trying to connect ee accout app it asking for account number which i dont seem to have or phone which i have tried i entered what used to be landline number and also my mobile
nothing seem to work help

@Helenmuldrew Just call EE CS and have them walk you through it all especially when you cannot find your account number from any e-mails of bills if not already got! EE normally send you the YOU have seven day's to verify your EE ID, e-mail but if you don't have that then let them help and sort it all out.

Your a/c no. will be in your Welcome email. If you haven't kept that you will need to call EE to find out.
