Still awaiting for the new kit dispatched…

I took my order the day before yesterday, and it shows that everything should be done like activation and delivered yesterday. Yet now it just told me the new kit dispatched was delayed and I still need to wait for no one knows

What kit are you expecting to receive from EE?

If you have the DPD app and have used the same details, email, mobile phone and address, you should get notification the evening before dispatch and another one on the day of dispatch with a one hour window.

We would have no idea as this is not customer service and there is no account access here.

Routers are delivered by Royal Mail.
