WiFi 6 and EE disk extenders

 Hi I have received my new hub 6 it's in and working my question is I can't get the white EE WiFi disks to work though. Also the EE set up app doesn't seem to work with the new hub 6

What's a "new hub 6"? What's the actual name/model of your router? Read its label.

Hi sorry my mistake it's the new 
 EE Smart Hub Plus supports Wi-Fi 6, 

Have you paired the Smart WiFi Plus extenders to the SH+ but they don't work or is it that you can't connect them in the 1st place?

Tried all ways I could I tried using a cat 5 cable method it goes through the motions the light remains red ( I have reset the disks using the reset button) I tried the WPS button same result. I tried the EE app but it just doesn't seem to work at all with this new EE hub
