I have multiple phones on my account. I need to talk to a human about this.Is there any way to actually talk to a person at EE any more?

EE sim card activation

I have just set up my sons new iphone, upgraded from iphone 11 to iphone 13.  I have inserted sim card from old iphone 11 into the new iphone 13 but I don't think it is being recognised!  Any ideas?

Sim Only Delivery
