Not received 6 months game pass as per broadband deal

Been nearly a month now and have not received the text, nothing in subscriptions, went into live chat and phone call and got no where with it, any suggestions as tried all routes but to no avail, thanks

When you log into the EE account (via website) can you click Your Products then look for the Content Partners section to add the Game Pass? 

If you get a message from Microsoft saying you're activating 1 month free, don't worry, just continue and you'll receive an email with the correct time period on it.

I think claimed my 6-month game pass plans and subscriptions either through the app or online via the EE website.

Hi @Excetto 

Welcome to the Community. 

Usually you receive a text message with details to activate. 

Alternatively, to activate your Xbox games pass just log into your EE online account (via the website, not the app), Select the Broadband and click on "plans & Subscriptions" at the top. 

If you then choose the "gaming" section and click on Xbox Games Pass Ultimate. Followed by the subscription option it gives you.

yes I’ve done this and it comes up with a £12 charge unfortunately, but have a screenshot from the order saying was meant to get 6 months free, and no text, thank you.
