Total waste of time. Since my full fibre installation the speed of WiFi has dropped to around 26-36Mbs. First complaint I was told that the line is good and they would reboot my router but it would gradually speed up...really???  They sent text ..fault fixed

It didn't, so I called again. Line is fine I was told so I sent speed check results from two different sources..slow speeds! The guide then said he could monitor my devices and confirmed that the WiFi reaching them was slow even next to the router! Engineer booked, arrived and found that by plugging in his tablet directly to the router he got over 390mbs. But his phone could only show 25-37 mbs on WiFi. He couldn't fix the problem. I got a text from EE and hour later saying fault fixed case closed. I called again and was told that they only guaranteed fast speeds to the house and not to my devices!! Even though I use the EE router that they provide. Customer service.....I don't think so. I have 3 phones on EE and full fibre broadband. Would I recommend them after this?? No way!
