Some Google devices will not work with my new EE broadband

I just transferred from Virgin Media to EE. Generally big improvement in the broadband however having quite a few problems connecting some google devices. (my google speaker connected no problem but the Nest Hub Max, doorbell and camera won't)
I have tried most of the feedback that I have seen online:
Rebooted everything, deleted off the App the devices, factory reset the Hub Max, switched off 5 & 6HZ, used main and compatability network.
My phone connects to the device, it is only at the last stage when I try to connect the network, it fails.... Confusing bit as I said the google nest audio speaker did link fine.....
Any help welcome!

@AdePH you say you have tried most of the advice, but which router do you have? And which Broadband package?
The newer WiFi6 and 7 routers have features that older devices can struggle with.
However logging into the router and going to the advanced WiFi settings you can change the compatibility settings, and also the WiFi security from WPA3 to 2, and lastly switch off the 5Ghz channels temporarily to see if that helps. Using WPS where you can also helps.

Thanks for the reply and yes forgot that important information! Using the new Smart Hub Pro with WIFI 7. I used the EE-xxxx Comp connection as well and switched of the 5GHz channel but didn't work. Will try again with switching WPA3 to 2.

I just transferred from Virgin Media to EE Smart Hub Pro. Generally big improvement in the broadband however having quite a few problems connecting some google devices. (my google speaker connected no problem but the Nest Hub Max, doorbell and camera won't)
I have tried:
- Restart your devices: Reboot your Nest Hub Max and your router. You can also try restarting your modem.
- Check your network: Make sure your router is powered on and connected to the internet. You can also try moving your Nest Hub Max closer to your router., within 1 meter.
- Check your password: Make sure you're using the correct Wi-Fi password. You can also try forgetting and re-joining the network.
- Check your device: Make sure your Nest Hub Max is powered on and plugged into a wall socket. You can also try resetting your Nest Hub Max's network settings.
- Check your app: Make sure you're using the latest version of the Google Home app.
Check your router: If you have a dual band router, you can try setting up your Nest Hub Max on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. You can also try temporarily disabling the 5 GHz band. Done - Factory reset: You can try resetting your Nest Hub Max to factory settings: done
- I have tried to use the main and compatible networks, as I cannot change the main from WPA3, compatible covers WPA & 2 but still does not work.
As mentioned before I can connect my phone via the Home App to the device, it is only at the final stage of connecting the home network where it is unable to connect.

Also WPS or LAN connection not available for Google Nest Hub max.

@AdePH When you disable the 5ghz, are you doing so with both main and the comp networks, on the 2.4ghz band it has been posted to also move of the smart wireless and set a fixed channel this similar disable the 2.4ghz on the main output, just some more idea's. Make sure you hit save to apply, and you may have to restart the router for this all to take effect.

Thanks for the advise and yes disabled on both networks and tried a fixed channel. Is it worth to try 1, 6 & 11 any effect?

@AdePH Those are the three 2.4Ghz channels to try, Compatible network ssid and password, WPA2-Personal for the wi-fi, that should be it, not sure if there is a wireless mode if there is try wi-fi 5 compatible also.
