@Jillj50   Was this booster supplied by EE ?  Is it round ?   If it is it doesn’t work with the smart hub pro,  you need to request a different “WiFi repeater” from EE.

If this is your own purchased WiFi repeater you probably need to login to the router as Admin and switch on compatibility mode.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

The white round EE Smart WiFi disc, if that's what you have, will not work with the EE SH Pro.

For the Smart Hub Pro ( SH40J), of Set up your Home Broadband EE Router, you need the  Smart WiFi Pro ( SW40J), of Setting up Smart WiFi.

@Jillj50 The two help links for those, and would advise you set them up with the Ethernet method, leave them connected that way for 24 hours before moving them to your required positions!
