Could it be the initial or final digit of their MAC addys as an aide-mémoire? Compare them!

anyone have any suggestions, as I'm having an issue identifying devices, as I when I try to remove them from the network, the page just goes to the top

@liamhope     Look on each device for Mac or IP address   and then find that address on the router.

As far as I'm aware, 'D' is dual stack (i.e IPv4 and IPv6) and '6' is IPv6.
