Mobile wifi router

I have a mobile wifi router and loaded 120gb a few months ago. I do not use this device often but i want to check what data i have not used. I went into the local store to ask how i could check and they were not interested in helping as i was not buying a new contract etc. Does anyone know how i can check this out.
