Having the same issue here. Had my 1.6gbps package due to go live today. Openreach onsite at 1pm and was told there was a delay activating the ONT and to give it an hour.
Smart pro hub still flashes orange. Tried power cycling the ONT and the smart pro hub with no joy. Today is my activation day so going to hopefully see some miracle at midnight.
