I am 100 mtrs from dslam but my speed averages 48Mbps download. Tracert test shows issues within the network,
The issue is clearly a network issue, having many years as a broadband engineer for BT. I am aware of possible problems but the engineers do not seem to think beyond their JDSU
please investigate the network.

@WMAXH10 You need to deal with EE CS if you can get them to listen to you, that is your only method as the Forum can only advise you. Best you say nothing at all about your abilities and let the Openreach Engineer do his job.

Hi @WMAXH10
I definitely recommend following @JimM11's advice and speak with our technical support team. They'll be able to look into this from our end and book an engineer visit, if needed.
Let us know how you get on please.
