Slow Wi Fi speeds

Hello

I have full fibre 300 to the premises and Wi Fi extenders installed which have been brilliant - until now!

The speed to the house is fine according to my mobile but the speed to my desk-top computer keeps dropping out or being alarmingly slow so that even the EE page doesn't load.

I think the EE Wi Fi extenders may not be working properly but  I am unable to manage the system from my PC (I used to be able to do this) . Is there written guidance anywhere on how to check these please?  I can't get the whole picture on my mobile app. And currently they can't even show all my devices - when they can, there seems to be some unknown to me and it says the BT Mesh has been off line for months??

Background info:   When the system was initially installed in May 25 it took the expert from the complaints department  and me 2 hours to set it up correctly. I am reluctant to contact them again but the 'guides' don't seem to have the understanding/knowledge to deal with this. As long as the service to the house is showing OK on their system they consider 'job done'

I welcome any wise advice you may be able to  offer . TIA

Which Hub and Extenders do you have?

Images of the range of Hubs can be found here if you aren't sure: https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/manage-use/manage-your-ee-hub

Thank you for replying Matt _124.

My router is a Smart Hub Plus.

The extenders are all Smart WiFi SW30A's. Cream,  all purchased earlier this year and showing the usual aqua lights.
