Failed appointments for installation

Been 3 months waiting on civils to bring fibre cable 30ft from pavement to house! 4 missed appointments!! No obstruction or permissions needed, straight run from pavement to home. The latest contact was 21/8 when I was told all was well for the following day, and not to worry as their contractors would be working all over the the bank holiday weekend!! Do they think we're stupid?

@Villain68 You really do not want the honest answer to that question!

🤣🤣 I'm wondering if GIGACLEAR might be  worth a call, they are already outside on the pavement?🤔

Take a look at Ofcom's compensation rules on missed appointments and late delivery under their automatic compensation scheme which EE have signed up to. Ofcom automatic compensation
