I had a BT Openreach instillation visit booked for the other day, but they failed to turn up, despite receiving a text saying an engineer had begun work on my installation. This was extremely frustrating as my wife and I work nights so stayed awake all day waiting for the engineer to turn up. We moved furniture to allow them to carry out the work and locked our dogs away. No reason or apology was given for the engineer failing to show up. How do I go about making a complaint?

You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks or come to a deadlock you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .
