@Anukutty You should receive a return posting bag for sending the old damaged part back to EE if they are requesting it back, the return is free to you, just take it to the post office but do keep the receipt of posting forever as that is the proof you did return it. Details below in the link and if you do not see your particular model then EE will not want it back.
