I ordered BT broadband in September and Openreach have cancelled every single appointment since then (must be 8-10) with no explanation or apology.
i have to go through EE support who clearly have no influence on getting Openreach to do the job they are supposed to do.
my next appointment has been moved to Feb 21st but I have zero confidence it will happen.
any ideas how I can escalate this to someone who gives a damn?

@BT-1963 Is it BT or EE broadband that you have ordered? What have you ordered, the forum know nothing about you, your account, what or what not has been done. KNOW not the reason why cancellations have or are happening to be cancelled. Can say from past experience, once cancelled, 21 day's seems the norm, may get a few text prompt's threatening to cancel with "if you do not respond" your appointment will be cancelled, automated messages, etc etc etc....
You surely must have had some explanation, if not then you must be the most patient person ever to take it as is.
