I have tried all the steps. The TV can connect to my hotspot no problem. Turned off 5GHz so only 2.4 still no luck. TV is the Samsung Frame located 3m away from the router.
Was working fine with my previous provider. I don’t know what the issue is here but it’s frustrating the hell out of me.
Samsung have been through troubleshooting and said the problem is with your SP.
Not a great start to my journey with EE. Had no end of problems.
im hoping someone can give me the answer I need.

Hi I originally posted about my tv not connecting, it eventually worked after restarting/ resetting the tv, try this to see if it works

Thanks for sharing that you got it working and what resolved it for you @Haighy1
@MarkyPh I am sorry you have been having issues since joining, I appreciate it can be frustrating when things are not working easily. Have you been able to test with a wired connection between router and TV?
If you have the security set to WPA3 which you should be able to see in the admin page, your TV may not be compatible with this. You should be able to change this to WPA2 or other options to see if the TV is then able to connect.

Wire, why? Who uses wires. It doesn’t solve my issue.

@MarkyPh The reason we will often ask customers to test a wired connection is so we can identify if the issue lies specifically with the wireless connection, or elsewhere.
If you're not able to try this, then I'd definitely recommend trying some of the steps @Haighy1 and @Alex_H have recommended too.

The tv can see the SSID and can connect to my personal hotspot. That’s enough for me for a test.
This whole experience with EE is shocking. 30 cooling off period … I’ll take it.
