@Panda7474   when did you order your broadband, and when is it due?

Normally the router arrives a day or two before you are due to go live.

Hi I sorted out the broadband the 1st or 2nd week of November I got emails
and text from you regarding the router but as yet I have not received it
now the engineer came out today he has put the fibre in but that was all he
could do.

@Panda74    you did not get any emails from me, I am a customer just like you, this is not customer service and no one on here has access to your account.

I would advise giving the Broadband Care Team a call to find out what has happened to the router.

Are you a new EE Customer, of have you upgraded frpm another product?
