Hi, I’ve got the same issue too a day after a full fibre install, got an engineer coming tomorrow but the ONT lights are perfect which likely means they’ll consider it an EE problem and have us running around in circles until either OR or EE find out what caused it.
I have to restart the ONT manually for about 90 mins of internet before it goes again.

I cursed myself by reading that thread after having this issue for a day. I know I’m going to be in for one long game of musical chairs with these 2 companies I’m already tired in advance 😴
Maybe I get lucky and it’s just the router, smart hub plus mine is maybe the pro solves it but I’m not that optimistic.

@SHF1 At least you are aware and have something to reference against and don't get drawn into the many let's just try this to fob you off, but you can only hope!
