@JimM11  - I was going to suggest USB but didn't want to complicate things 😉

Now managed to log into the EE hub which shows the alarm hub is connected to the router, but still not communicating.  Can't be any help on the speed of the Alarm Ethernet speed, there is limited information on the Hub. EE help desk were unable to comment on the info that Yale suggested as a possible cure!

@Bill2412 From the earlier linked in the other post. If you care to try, get from Amazon and you can send it back if no success.

The EE Smart hub plus is now alleged to be fixed on the Ethernet interface, so if it is not then the Tp-Link TL-SG105S switch is what you want to get, also remember to order a RJ45 patch cord Cat5e if you do not have a spare lying around. The link below has any additional info depending on how you wish to connect it!

The Tp-Link TL-SG105S works 100% for sure, and if you wish you can also power via the 5V with the USB port cable needed is the Lindy No 70266 USB A MALE TO DC-PLUG ADAPTER DC-PLUG: 3.5mm/1.35mm. Both available from Amazon.
