Hi, after 11 hours on the phone to EE, yes 11 hours! I was promised a re Router Plus to be sent, that was 3 weeks ago still nothing!!!!!! Every time I call them I get a promise and still nothing…….!!!!!!!

I can totally understand you'll be feeling fed-up if you've spent so much time trying to get this resolved, and I'm confident if this was offered then the order will be on its way.

Thanks for the response, but when I called them a few days ago, AGAIN they
said there was no live order for my Router… Another hour on the phone I was
told it would be on the way, but it may be the BT Router body with the EE
plus electrics…. That sounded very strange to me????
