Returning Equipment

Is there a way I can find out if EE / BT have received the equipment that I returned due to being mis-sold a broadband package, as I wanted to take advantage of the New EE.

And as I found out the 1.6Gb isn't an option under New EE, because at the moment I'm on BT Halo3+ 900mb which includes a wi - fi disc, and a EE Hybrid device. And I found on the EE website that YOU do, do a hybrid connect device.

@robh66  You should be notified once it’s been received and processed as a return. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks, It's just I've been reading on here and it's companion community channel on BT, where people have been charged even though they do have proof of return from the PO.

Hi @robh66 you'll get an email when the returned equipment has been processed by the returns warehouse. It's currenlty taking them around 3 weeks to do this. 

You should also be able to track if the parcel has been delivered on the Royal Mail website by using the tracking reference on your proof of postage reciept.
