So, I definitely returned my equipment vi's royal mail. BUT I keep getting messages about returning them, does this mean I'm going to get lumped with a giant bill as they've been lost? Or I'd it just they keep sending them until the time scale has passed.

@Aduncum have you got in touch with the message sender and provided the tracking information of your returns?
Or called customer services with the information?
This is not customer services, no one has account access so you are best giving them a call.
