I have tried to call customer service several times today and every time I had to wait for 40-45 minutes and most of the time the customer service executive was putting me on hold and then disconnecting the call. I hope thy are given permission to call back their customers.
Anyways, I was advised by the "Live Chat" agent to upgrade my BT hub with an EE hub as EE App is unable to connect to BT Hub. This problem has been ongoing for more than 2 months and I always regret why BT switched me to EE, where customer service is very poor and unhelpful.

I'm sorry to hear that your calls disconnected. Have you managed to get sorted since? have you ordered an EE router?
