Reduce package on contract line

Any info on reducing the package on a contract line? currently with ee and reception is poor to the point I had to put the line away.Been paying and making zero use of the line.I need to know any chances of requiring premiums adjustment.

If you're still within min. contract term you can't downgrade your plan unless you 1st cancel & pay the Early Termination Fees.

@Yvyv9 Are you talking about Fixed Home BB or Mobile BB via a mobile router, or just straight mobile phone only?
