What’s going on? Red light flashing no internet connection EE needs explain quality of service as it has had issues  within the last few weeks not getting connections and disconnected from Internet service.

Hi

It’s not the router, the router works fine, it’s the internet connection
from EE flashing red.

OK, the light is on the router, is it not? I'm not saying there is anything wrong with the router. It's meaning will depend on which router, but I'll leave it at that.

Hi

Thanks anyway, problem now solved.

These things occasionally happen, particularly overnight or weekends. It could be that an OR eng has accidentally disturbed your line while working at exchange or cab. It's usually back by mid-morning at the latest w/out EE even being aware of it.
