No, I have broadband with you, but I got a message through to say the payment card had expired

@Sjr24 In your online MyEE for BB under Billing you may edit your payment method.

If you're not able to do this in your My EE account, I recommend speaking to our Broadband Support team. They'll be able to change it manually for you.
