Do you know if BT Discs (white ones) will work with the new EE router. Just flipped to EE from BT and dont want to swap out equipment until I know as I have 4 discs in the house/garage/office for full coverage and only received 1 extender from EE
Ive queried this forum and couldnt find an answer. I imagined it might have been a popular question 🙂
Thanks in advance !

@Northern_Smithy : If you have the EE Smart Hub Plus ( SH31B) (SH+) router, the white "high st." Whole Home discs do work with the SH+. It's the black BT Complete WiFi discs that don't!
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Thanks! You're welcome 🙂 ! Glad I could be of assistance & trust it is now sorted.
The router's PPPoE BB Username & pwd will be the same as for BT.
