House move, and exchange change for landline

Having advised house move to EE and needing landline for Careline, I was told I would have to transfer to BT…no choice as they issue telephone numbers!  I am now being charged for May by both companies and cannot get through to EE without hanging on for .20 - 45 mins…can anyone help in how to query this please?

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker > Address Checker estimate for your new addy? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your addy.
