I been with ee for years they missold be a new broadband package as my old one was stopping now I have had no WiFi since the 9th Jan snd it's now the 14th and they sent one engineer said was not a fault indoors it was outside and now they are sending another one today but they have tucked me around as the engineer that due will probably be a indoor one again and won't be able to do anything

Yes I been loyal customer till now the switched my broad band and plugged in don't work had so much bull from them no WiFi for a week sent engineer to check it was not indoor probelm now they say it must be outside engineer which I know they are gonna send wrong one it flashing Amber

@Sarah47 If it was an EE Engineer then they can only report back to EE who organise the correct personnel for the job!
