Q--How do I get the free address to return the old Hub to E.E.

Q--Without having to use a Mobile Phone to scan the sign???

I do not own or use a Mobile Phone I cannot email add or Amy other help  to return the goods with out using a Mobile Phone serves WHY-WH????

Q-- Why was I was forced to move to EE by Plus net or lose my land line phone number

  1. If it's listed in following link then follow https://ee.co.uk/help/orders/return-and-recycle-ee-product . If you have not received a return bag you may call 0330 123 1105 for 1. 
  2. You were forced to leave PN as PN no longer provide landlines & you want 1.
  3. You're going to have difficulty with EE w/out a mobile phone. It is needed occasionally for authentication to get into your EE a/c or even here. You may have to resort to phone only.
  4. No one will contact you from this user discussion group other than thro' the medium of these forums by posts such as this. Anyway we haven't the faintest idea who you are. You need to phone CS.

I also have another problem  with EE serves setting a pass key 

I CANNOT DO THIS --without a Mobile Phone---(I will not be buying one at all )

Take note EE Staff again I DO-NOT own or use a Mobile Phone so cannot uses 

95% of your serves as Mobile Phone I.D. is needed why?

What is it that you have to return to EE, they are not interested in your plusnet hub, that would go back to them if requested and not to EE.
