I've also just picked a sw10a from ebay and I can't get it to connect to my ee router via wireless or via cable, did you manage to get yours working?

There was one on ebay I'm.just trying to work out what one I need. This is my current one.

1. You have the white EE Smart Router. The round EE Smart WiFi Disc is compatible with it. You'll see a pix of it in Setting up Smart WiFi under the EE Smart WiFi Disc tab. I dunno its S.N.
2. I understand that the Smart WiFi (SW10A) that you have was supplied by BT with the BT Smart Hub 2. It is not compatible with the EE Smart Hub Plus (SH31B). 

Let's have a look at the back of your Smart WiFi (SW10A).

It's EE branded.

It looks like the same back as the EE Smart WiFi (2023) of Setting up Smart WiFi . Perhaps you need the EE Smart Hub (2023) of Set up your Home Broadband EE Router to go with it? Believe its model no.is SH20A.
