Yes,good evening,

I am continually receiving a text message telling me to that I need to return a Hub unit.

After numerous attempts to phone can you please arrange for the texts to be stopped as the equipment  that we had to return as per EE Technician who fitted our equipment.

The equipment returned is a $G Mini Hub-BT ******

It was posted back to you on 23/09/25 with the Bar code************

1/d 1-766632.

Do you support Norton Anti-Virus as I am receiving continual pop-ups saying my Norton Anti-Virus is out of date and I am being attacked by viruses.I have never had Norton Anti-Virus

I have AVG Antivirus & Internet security so do not need a second anti virus.

Many thanks

**** ******
