Hi, i’ve had a similar issue.  I migrated from BT to EE equipment due to BT accidentally closing my account due to an “admin error” so went with it and got the fttp 900 package, already had the fibre installed just needed the extra speed and the perks that came with it.  I am currently 6 days in with speeds only around 250mbps on wifi and tech team are unsure what’s happening.  Sent out a new router and still the same, speeds are getting down the line and when using ethernet they are there but when testing wifi on 4 different consumers its all around 250mbps.  Still waiting on EE coming up with a solution
