This happens on my landline and no matter how many messages I send EE nobody has looked into the fault!
I have only been with them nine days and seem to be paying for a service that I am clearly not getting.

I'm unsure what your reference to sending messages means?
You'd added to a thread about calls from mobiles having audio issues but mentioned about this happening on your landline? What EE services are you having issues with? (Your post is now in a new thread)
