I think this happened to my broadband last night in the storm. I was watching Netflix on my iPad via WiFi and after the bit lightning and thunder it stopped working and hasn’t worked since. The box won’t power on at all. Tried different plugs etc and a lap works in the same plug socket the broadband box was plugged into. Can I get a new box posted too?

@V1kki : Does the landline phone work? Do you get a dial tone? Does it announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?
