It would seem, I’ve been paying for Fibre Broadband since moving in 2020, but a recent look on the EE website revealed this service is apparently not available at my address.

It is only not available to new customers due to the cabinet being full. You already have it so you are fine.

Thank you, would this effect my account, as it’s due a renewal? I’m on disability benefits and wanted to see what a new contract would cost, due to rising bills, I’m limited to what I can afford now.

@Jools_Sheffield It won't affect your account if you say with EE, but you may have to revert to ADSL with another supplier until another fibre port becomes available.
But do give the Broadband care team a call, I have always found them to be very helpful, especially when you do your homework and know what other deals are on offer elsewhere - much the same with any service these days.

Welcome to EE's Home Broadband Forum.
It would seem that you are paying unnecessarily for Fibre Plus when you are only been estimated at standard Fibre speeds. To check this please carry out the following.
1. Post your full router stats:
Full router stats are key to any speed & connection issues.
2. What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker > Address Checker estimate for your addy? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your addy.
