Hi, i have just recently paid £39 for 30 day public Wi-Fi access due to my mobile hotspot having poor signal. Things were going fine until the EE Wi-Fi option on my settings of all devices has disappeared resulting in my being unable to use the service i have paid for.
I am just wondering what would be next step in this as I may not be able to access the Wi-Fi for my whole subscription.

@Bn13 EE WiFi has its own dedicated pages including a Help Page. However access does depend on being able to reach a suitable Hotspot, which can change. Is it the Hotspot you are not able to reach on your devices, or something else?
