No issues connecting my iPhone but my iPad simply won’t connect. Tried everything including turning WiFi on and off and reinstalling the app. Just won’t connect.
Any ideas.

I ought to say that I can access my mobile details but not broadband services, apart from my contract details.

To be clear your iPad does not connect to WiFi on your BT hub, or the EE app?
What broadband services are you wanting to access.

my EE WiFi works great and all my devices connect perfectly, including my iPad. Whilst I can connect the iPad to MyEE app, I can’t access the WiFi controls on it but I can on my iPhone. I can access the mobile information and details of my broadband contract.
just seems odd.
