Hi,

quick question. My home phone has died a death and I’m not replacing it. I’m under contract for phone line and broadband until November 2025. Can I get some money back on the phone line? Thanks in advance.

@Lizzywil  You may be able to change to a broadband only service, but no one on here has account access or knows anything about your services.

But if you give customer services a call they should be able to let you know what is possible, it may mean a new contract, but do give them a call to see what they can offer.

The short answer is no. Contractually you have agreed to your monthly payments for at least the duration of your minimum term.

EE are providing you with network service, and whether you use it or not is immaterial.
